I Have Tinnitus

Sometimes I don't notice it at all, other times it drives me insane! Any tips on what to try for the crazy moments?

My hub has tried the music wave therapy, no change.

@SoFine I've had it for as long as I can remember. My hearing is really good so assumed it was just like the TV or things left on standby or plugs left in sockets turned on.

I've tried all sorts but it cuts right through anything, when it's bad music doesn't even help.
