Of course they exist. It doesn't just happen over night. And you have to be genuine and also not expect sex! Sounds like you really want a best friend girlfriend.

I got to tell you, as a guy i think its a tough position to say you want to be just friends, unless you grew up with a girl that is almost like a sister where sex is no option, yea that might work, but being older and getting into that situation is a bit tough.
