I will spare you the cliche that "it gets better", because I've struggled with "living life" nearly all my life and still often rarely truly enjoy the experience.
It helped to find others to express this to without judgment, so coming here is a good start.
I tried finding things I enjoy to make it a less insufferable time: I enjoy political discussion for instance; conversing with others about their "passions" and traveling to see different places and observe how others are living this thing called "life".
I hope you'll soon enjoy some activities that interest and inspire you.
