I Live A Lifeless Life

What are we promise in life once we find our way?
Overtime we become distant from family and friends claiming due to life. Of course we wish not but we can feel it slipping away from our grasp. Further isolating ourselfs from our day to day routines locking away what we chose to forget. Always looking for an outlet way to be expressive for what matters in one's life. Seems always on the outside looking in and dream of what could have been. No life doesn't give you answers but leaves more questions. And then you realize that family member or friend which you need you manage push then away from your life. Learning my travels has not help my situation living from a suitcase town to town and for what to make a living!
Today it's calm before the storm but it's brewing!

I think I understand how you are feeling. I have felt that way before. Try to accept that people will come and go. They are on their own journey and it may have nothing to do with you. Frustrating? Maybe.....but I think goes for you as well.
Perhaps you are exactly where you are supposed to be. Try to not think too much of what has happened and just be present in the Now.
I know it all sounds like crap when you are feeling dark. I hope you feel better soon.
@Unsatisfiedstace Thank you!

I have definitely been pulled away from family. I don't necessarily know if it's just due to "life" and becoming busy... or ... that when my dad passed, everything seemed to change.
I do know it takes more than one to keep any relationship/friendship. If/when only one tries, it gets tiresome and can result in further isolation. That's how I often feel. Yet, when I realize or feel that someone seems to be withdrawing or pulling away, I only try for so long before finally giving up.

🤔.....maybe this storm needs to happen so you can plow through it and move forward.
