It'd numb whatever feelings are still present, and when you sober up you'll deal with reality.

@TheSaint: I didn't say it didn't. But sometimes numbing whatever pain you have, is worth it while you can. It also depends on what strain she has as well. If she has some sativa it'd just make her panicky and paranoid.
