I Don't Write As Much As I Would Like to
Dreaming In The Driver's Seat, When The Right Words Came To Me... But then again, I'm not inspired as much as I would like.
My best moments, my most inspired are when I should be focused on something else, like class, or driving . It's more convenient in class, because I can write the stuff down, but still not the best time, as I miss important, or at the least, interesting discussions. Dreaming in the driver's seat is very fulfilling personally, but not conducive to written ex<x>pression, for obvious reasons. When you're in a funk and haven't written for a while, it's hard to slip out of it. Sometimes, you just have to write, and force yourself to do so. No matter what convoluted, inane ideas come out, at least there's some form of ex<x>pression in them, at least there's some attempt to retrieve them from the depths of my brain, where they lay trapped, imprisoned, waiting for a release. I've got to force myself to express myself more, until lack of motivation or inspiration don't become excuses anymore to laze about, procrastinating my schoolwork and stifling my creative bone.
