I Am Brutally Honest

You can be blunt without being an asshole. I'm an honest, straightforward person. I tell it EXACLTY how it is, but I'm RESPECTFUL about it. I don't say my honest opinion unless I'm asked. Sugarcoating is not in my category. If you sugarcoat things, you're basically lying to someone. Why sugarcoat? And the person's feelings getting hurt, THEY are the ones that asked and if their feels get hurt because of they didn't like what they were told, that is their problem, not mine.
If someone is being an asshole to me or doing a dumb thing, I will tell that person right in his/her face.

@EricaDaBom: alright Erica, I'm sorry to say your feelings are not fact. I'd say your entire post cancels itself out if your introducing "feelings" into the equation of "EXACTLY" how it is. I'm sorry to hear it bothers you, but with the feelings, this post really didn't accomplish much other than take up server space.
