Weight lose journey.
Recently I have lost 3 pounds. I’m a big girl and for my height it isn’t healthy. I’m 5’5 and I weighed 220. I now weigh 217 and I’m still shedding. I changed up my diet and strictly drink green tea and water. My consumption of food has changed dramatically as well. Only lean meats chicken, fish, and turkey, tons of veggies, and a little bit of fruit. I steer from a lot of fruit cause they’re full of natural sugars. My breakfast this morning was half an avocado, a fist full of almonds and water.
My goal weight is 130. I’m also planning on doing waist training so I’m investing in a steel bone corset. I plan on looking statuesque 🙂
