I Have Eczema

I'm an idiot.
Had my eczema well under control because of the cream I've been using (Working Hands) then I got out of the habit of using it.
So now, my right hand is itching like crazy, my left isn't great and my right wrist is red and flaky.
Bugger.

@Shipwrecked: Ouchie yeah I know how you mean. I get large painful flakes on my palms, not good.
