I Have Eczema

On my hands and right wrist. I think it's linked to having anxiety as both flared up at the same time, and when my anxiety gets worse, so do my hands.
I use a cream called "Working Hands" that was recommended to me and it does the trick for me.

No I haven't, I've used a steroid cream before (can't remember the name) but it feels greasy on my hands.

Put it on at night and wear cotton eczema gloves
