I Have Eczema
I've finally managed to isolate a few triggers over the years, and for me it's like an allergic reaction. Cetirizine anti-hayfever (basically anti-allergen) tablets help more than the loratadine ones though... Hope this helps you guys!!
1. Biological washing powder - I have to use nonbio
2. Soda crystals - if they're used in the wash
3. Soya
4. Coriander
5. Peanuts
6. Sweaty bedsheets (if I've not washed them often enough, or I'm particularly hot that night)
7. Contact with pickling vinegar (e.g. gherkin juice)
8. Contact with acids like orange juice without immediately washing my hands
There you go!
