I got to my 10 am class only to leave after 10-15 mins because I didn't feel well. So embarrassing... I wish I didn't even show up in the first place. This happens too often...

@PeachyK They told me to always have a candy bar with me, drink more water, pay attention to what I eat, spend some time in nature and take a walk every day... but it still happens from time to time and ''that's normal, especially for women''.
