Stuck in cage

I did a stupid thing 2 weeks ago. I was snooping around my sister's stuff and came across a cell mate chastity cage. I thought no harm in trying it on but it suddenly locked and now I cant get it off. My sister and I are always playing tricks a stuff on each other and told me this is what I get for messing with her stuff. She said she will release me when she is ready. I told her my balls are starting to ache all she said was you poor baby and walked way. Is there any way to get some relief while the cage is on?
