I Had a Heart Attack

I think it's time to do an update on my health. First let me thank you all for you caring and concern. You have kept my spirits alive and blesses me more than you will ever know.

I'm not quite a month now after surgery. Things have been great except, that I wanted to give my house a good cleaning and kind of hurt the incision site. But it is fine, just a little sore at the moment.

I start my cardiac rehab next week and that is something I look forward to doing. After that I plan on trying Zumba. I am still doing my walks everyday, well except for the last couple of days.

There is not much else to tell except I'm bored.

Make sure you're healthy first and well to move around comfortably. That's the most important, other things can come later when you feel up to it.
