I Need Social Interaction But Hate Being Social

There have been some studies showing social media interaction has actually made people less social irl. As a result, they retreat even further into a digital world and the relationships there, often limiting themselves to distant socializing.

I think it does.
but we keep trying to fill that social need with it as though its effective. And it is not.

Yes it is. I think the ability to communicate with people face to face will suffer a great deal in the younger generations.

How about taking leave from job and go for a 1 week solo trip.. by train .. it will be just awesome :)You will get to see and mix with so many types of people
