I Have a Strange Feeling In My Gut
I don't know if anxiety but it's like a scared shaky feeling sick feeling in my stomach it just started a while ago I don't know why it doesn't feel good

Maybe a panic attack? Never nice, but tend to improve with some slow deep breaths and some peace and quiet. Fingers crossed for you
