I Keep a Gratitude Journal

Glad that I at least grew up in a relatively peaceful and normal era.

Recently found it very true that, changes are forever. To remind myself that no matter what the changes are, there are always solutions.

Be more optimistic and live on well.

Yes. It is true.
I watched Ip Man 1 and 2 yesterday with my boy on netflix. I did not expect I would like such Kungfu shows but frankly it was not too bad. Probably the lessons of history (Japanese Occupation & western colonization) will always stay in our consciousness.
