I Keep a Gratitude Journal

Last week I went to my friends' wedding in Thailand with our friends. We stayed in a resort for 2 days. The food, swimming pool, grassland, beach, scenery were all great. I couldn't swim before but when I went down to the water in the swimming pool I suddenly got enlightened and could swim with enough time to breathe between each "step". I also managed to get up early to join the yoga class at 7am there. My friends' wedding was the most beautiful wedding I have ever attended; was very well organized with no boring moments.

The next few days of the trip were less perfect. Most of my friends in this trip were guys who liked joining local tours that involved lots of sports and outdoor activities. The other girl in our group was a colleague of the bridegroom whom we newly met in this trip. She liked taking selfie and had some habits that were different from other people, which made people in the group annoyed to different degrees.

There was a guy, who was a friend of us, kept on swearing every single sentence he said. Other guys who had known him for almost 20 years were fine with that. I have only occasionally seen him and this time I found it really a suffering to be staying with him for a long time. I understood why his wife would keep on apologizing to his friends that he would keep on swearing non stop when they join a group hiking competition later, and that from time to time his wife would thank his friends for tolerating him.

I didn't have enough rest during this trip. I am glad it s over and working in office is easier.
