I Keep a Gratitude Journal
Monday morning. I never feel that weekend (2 days) is enough for rest versus the 5 days for work.
I sometimes asked myself, "you were a good student, why can't you be a good staff?"
There are things I don't feel I am doing well, for example, I am almost always late due to traffic jam that I cannot control. I live far, I get up earlier than most people at every job I have had, but have always been the latest to arrive at work.
I often don't know how to do my work, because people working with me and / or the results are often beyond my expectation/ imagination.
I am panic at work. But I sometimes remember to remind myself that it is not worth it. My health, well-being and happiness is my priority.

The negative emotion I have which comes from work makes me tired. If I can stop this feeling, I will have good quality sleep and can get up earlier to go to work, reserving time for traffic jam.
