I Keep a Gratitude Journal

It s hard to get colleagues of other disciplines to work in my office. I wanted to know how a ratio we used for planning was come up with, everyone told me it s from a guideline, which I had checked before and it s irrelevant. After 1 day, just now, I came across a colleague who knows her work very well and is a very helpful, friendly person, answered my query even though it s for another project not responsible by her.

I feel so grateful today, almost like she has saved me. Even my senior doesn't care /know where and how the ratio comes from but insisted that it came from a wrong source.
