I Keep a Gratitude Journal

To record things I am grateful for these 2 days:

1. I posted on Instagram yesterday that what I learned in university could only be applied on playing interior design/furniture matching mobile app games now. A very good frd/classmate from abroad saw it and sent me immediately text message to share his rough experience of getting a perfect job for himself over the years, how he struggled, took the challenges and made improvement. There s one particular sentence he said that I particularly took into heart, "to change the environment you must change yourself 1st". I will always remember this golden quote from a very good friend. And I shared his story to my brother and my very close and good friend.

2. Last night I thought about a passage about delaying things to tomorrows but there aren't always lots of tomorrows, which I recited in primary school more than 20 years ago. I need to be more motivated, take immediate action to solve things I don't want to deal with but I am annoyed with.

3. I did yoga last night, 2 times in a week. Had an orange afterwards. Feeling healthy. Creating happiness for myself. Cherishing the free time after work I can have now.

4. I found some websites which teach diy silver accessories, looks interesting.
