@SW-User They actually filmed it on a ranch in California. Tippi Hedren turned the property into a wildlife sanctuary later. The movie was the brainchild of her husband at the time. They wanted to make a movie that promoted the idea that people could live with these big cats peacefully, but what they ended up with was a movie full of those cats attacking them.
