Whats wrong with this game ?

My son has Just Dance 2020 he's trying to play Just Dance Unlimited but it keeps freezing. We have Hugs Net we thought that if we switch to a newer internet it'll be faster at night but it's not he can only play unlimited during the day which makes him mad because Unlimited has all his favorite songs there's some songs on there his mom doesn't allowed to listen to because he's only 10. What's going on ? How can he get Just Dance Unlimited to work better at night ?
