How to clear space on Samsung ?

I got a Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown I love it but it keeps filling up space. I dont got that many games I dont have that many apps or photos I don't even got that many contats. I don't know why it keeps filling up I got 82%. I think those free space apps are a big joke. I keep clearing cache it doesn't help. Is there a way to clear space ?

Same issue. I've counted all the GBs and the warnings don't make any sense. It says my phone is 77% full and I don't believe it. Because when I go to details it doesn't add up. I keep cleaning it up, cache and all but it never goes below 70%. I don't have a Samsung but it's an Android.
