Are Bluetooth headphones safe ?

My sister gets wax in her ears easily her doctor told her to start wearing wireless headphones. I read that they can be dangerous for your health but my sister already has mental disabilities and asthma not like her health can get any worse. She does use them but not very often. Is it safe to use Bluetooth wireless headphones ?

I'm waiting to let other people be human guinea pigs for a decade or so before decide. I'm sick of being a test subject of big tech, pharma and agg when it comes to chronic (long term) accumulated exposure risks. Not to mention unknowns on wildlife.
