5 years different is very little once you both get to your 30s.

Help him become the man you want him to be . 5 years will become more of a nothing the longer you are together . I am on the reverse side your situation . My hubby by is 6 years older . He used to tease that he was in love with a baby , still does after 17 years . 😉

Men don't grow up all that much lol. If hes nice and kind then judge him on that.

That's not a big age difference. I've dated women of ages varying between 19 and 56, and both those were when I was in my 40s.
