I Want To Know The Best Advice You Have Ever Been Given

I always remember my first boss who owned the farm I was working on said. Whatever you do in life ,whether you succeed or fail . There is no-one in the world better than you are . They may be better educated , better looking and have more money than you. But you are their equal. I have never forgotten these wise words.

That has always been my philosophy, ever since I was a little girl. I never looked up to anyone or thought they were better than me - doctors, policemen, judges, lawyers. I even call my own GP by his first name.

@Northerner I wonder what is it that makes the difference to people. I mean...what is it that can make one person believe those wise words and make another person think...that makes sense...the advice is smart....but it can’t be true for myself...
