I Train My Physical And Mental Strength

Everyday all weather it's a compulsion I do not fight.
Not just my body my mind I will not slip back down that path where I stood before that rope.
I will not blame my self anymore for things I couldn't stop.
No longer will I feel weak never will I back down nor will I forget.
Failure is not a bad thing we learn from failure and grow.
My friends are concerned that I push myself too far but I feel I have to push past my limitations.
I'm beyond feeling pain anymore.
I'm not the biggest guy or the fastest that's not my goal I train for focus and discipline.

sorry if this seemed a bit all over the place its like my head if you've read this far please understand this is a bit of a vent

It is good to take stock, and become strong, internally, even more than externally. It's a necessary part of growing and learning.
