A new experience
I very much used to consider myself entirely extroverted, capable of spending some time alone only because most of the time i was surrounded by friends, or by my family, or just casual acquaintances.
The last six or so months however have taught me one thing that I am indeed comfortable with my own company (but thank goodness for the internet!). And while I still enjoy times with friends or family more than anything I no longer feel so unhappy when deprived of real-life contact for as short a time as a day. Maybe in these virus times we should all find some measures of comfort in our experiences (grave or petty, and I acknowledge mine is the latter here) helping us to find something new in ourselves and valuable.
