I Have a Budgie

My budgie has been sick for nearly over a week. First prescribed antibiotics and an anti inflammatory and completed a full course. He is still not better.
Got him a steam machine and various other things.
Vet was due to call me today and hasn’t bothered I’m really upset 🥺
I love my birds so much.
