I Feel Empty, I Feel As If Ill Always Feel Empty

Can't talk to anyone now, and noone cares though
Pain in my heart and I can't let it go,
Feelings become numb, and I feel dead,
There's a lot of mess in my head.
But it don't come out or I shud say it can't
Cause my heart can't take anymore hurtful chance.
