I am convinced that I pretty much INVENTED overthinking

It gets so darn annoying and overwhelming at times and I often struggle to regain control of my thoughts.

worry, getting around the thought and observe it. you can accept it or throw it away. put a big stop sign when you notice a negative/ critical thought about yourself.
