I've been there a few times and all I remember is being freezing cold in August lol. I prefer the warmer climates. But apart from the frigid weather, I've always found lots of stuff to do to keep myself occupied while there, so that's a plus.

For it to be cold in August in rare, but it can happen. There is always something to do or see here, especially for shopping, since we have the Mall of America!

It probably wasn't cold to you guys, but it was a noticeable difference after leaving the weather here lol. I was the only weirdo wearing a cardigan and a scarf in August.

The weather here can be weird and unexpected. The winters can be brutal, depending on wind currents and El Nino. I read we are supposed to have a warmer than normal winter. I also read that the school district made changes to the temperature at which schools would not open. Originally, the wind chill had to be -40 (yes, 40 below) to remain closed. Now, it's -30.
