I Started a New Job

I work at MOD pizza now. It's a pizza place like chipotle but for pizza. I'm still in training and it's a new store that is opening up in my area. It pays decent but i'm not gonna lie, it's a lot. For a pizza shop there's a lot that goes into it, way more then I ever anticipated. You have to remember everything on the menu, and there is like 14 things including salad and typically it's not a lot for one menu but the thing is, it's so detailed on the kind of toppings that are in each kind of pizza. For example today we practiced being on 'the line' putting the toppings on the pizza and you have to know the pizza fast. It's like even when you think you've memorized when you're on the spot trying to make it fast it can get pretty tough. I struggled a bit and this is with just the trainers acting as customers. When it actually opens in a couple of days and it's crazy busy which it will be, I can only imagine how stressful it will be. There's other stations like cooking, and expo and trainers have told us expo is the hardest when busy so I'm a little weary about that. I have severe anxiety so taking on this kind of job, I already knew it'd be a challenge but I didn't know how stressful it would be. Plus I was in desperate need of a job because I was unemployed for quite a while. I'm not going to quit as I've had problems with just job hopping and quitting a lot but I do hope they don't fire me because some times I look lost. I hate looking stupid and messing up but I messed up quite a bit today and it's 3rd out of 4 days in training. I just always seem to crack under pressure when it comes to jobs like this where you have to think on your feet. I just hope for the best. I cross my fingers this goes well or I guess it's back to finding another job like a 'job nomad'
