Trying.. but some days are harder than others and anxiety medications help .

I was off of them for a long time cause certain people in my family didn't like medications but it's come to a Point where i just couldnt do it anymore. It helps and I just dont want to feel how bad I have been feeling. They are helping so I'm happy about that. ❤ thank you for talking to me
