I Feel Helpless

The walls are caving in on me . i dont feel competent at anything i do anymore. I lack confidence. Why do feel so crippled and so help less. I feel this way in all my areas of my life. Why is this feeling getting worse. I seriously just want to give up.

Sometimes we feel like all the forces are lined up against us..
Work, Love, Family, finances, health..
Happiness in life is all about managing them and adjusting each to your comfort zone.
They interact and that makes it easier to shift things..
For me it is money worries...
Then love needs
Then family
in that order...
