I Feel Helpless

The walls are caving in on me . i dont feel competent at anything i do anymore. I lack confidence. Why do feel so crippled and so help less. I feel this way in all my areas of my life. Why is this feeling getting worse. I seriously just want to give up.

@Sassygirl42 we all do, but we keep going. The one constant in life is that things always change. It's bound to get better at some point.
