Eh, I think it should be allowed under certain circumstances, such as the baby is causing life-threatening complications to the mother during pregnancy. No late-term abortions, and women can't just get an abortion because they want to.

... each state should decide how to address it .... it never should have been a federal issue.

... the best solution, is to make the need for it rare ... rather than legislated.
