Do any of u wear shorts even in winter?

I took my friend to the car shop this last week. Well one of the guy's that work's there was wearing shorts. This is the second person I know that does this. I knew a girl in school would wear shorts even if there was snow on the ground. I knew a guy rhat would wear flip flops in the snow. I'm like are you crazy
