What's your favourite designer/brand/store for clothes?

toddr13 · 46-50, M
My favorite designer would be Ralph Lauren, brand would be Ralph Lauren Purple Label, and store would be Barney's.
Chrissquish · 22-25, M
@toddr13 I absolutely love Ralph Lauren. Probably my favourite designer.
toddr13 · 46-50, M
@Chrissquish Yes, my default is Ralph Lauren, be it Polo, Black Label, or Purple Label. He has created an empire that reinterprets classics and enables one to wear them in a contemporary manner, from sportswear to formal -- not an easy task as many other designers are more specialized.

For shirts, I always go to either the Alley Chicago or Hellbrand. For jackets I buy from Charles and a Half, and my jeans come from Straight to Hell Denim, although I do own some Kennedy brand jeans too. I buy my footwear from army surplus.

BlueMetalChick · 26-30, F
@SW-User There's a neighborhood here in Chicago that has all three of those stores within like four blocks of each other.

Well, used to anyway. Free People closed.

My jeans tend to be Levi’s, and my shoes are often Birkenstocks, but otherwise I look for well made clothing with natural fibers whenever possible. I have a couple of Icon purses and Ferragamo heels from the 90s.

@bijouxbroussard I absolutely love Birkenstocks!!!!!!
Hollister and Abercrombie and Fitch
