Do you wear a cagoule when it rains or do you get wet ?

when I don't have an umbrella handy
I hold my purse over my head and run

if I'm on holiday
I get soaked through
and don't care

Can't stand those things. Nor wax jackets. Always make me sweat when i wear them 😫

So I had to look up cagoule! I often wear one although I didn't realize it!
