I Have Been to a Kfc

I have a bone to literally pick with kfc.. what is up with their hot and spicy chicken? it is never spicy, not even close.. I mean don't advertise delicious spicy chicken if you can not deliver on the spices.. I left my house today just to be disappointed. not cool
