I Am Easily Distracted

Guy Winch, TED talk about emotional first aid. Rumination is a massive contributor to depression. Thinking deeply about negative things that happen in our lives, going over them over again and again.

To break that, all it takes is a 2 minute distraction. It's that easy. But make it a good one, creative or looking at photo's of happy things from the past. Something like that. Distract yourself for 2 minutes and you can break that destructive cycle.

Go ahead. Try it. Failure is just another step towards success, so there's really nothing to lose.
