I Have Cut Myself Before

I used to cut a good amount i was clean for a few years now. I cut myself a few weeks ago and now i want to more than ever

Fight it as hard as you can, even if you have to punch your leg do that instead of cutting.. That's how I cope with relapse urges, I also hit myself with a hammer etc
