I was clean for awhile.... but guess back to the drawing board. One day at a time..

@Fernie No. for me it's not an everyday thing. It's when I get to hard on myself it takes something off.

@ForeverAndAlways You speak as if that is the ONLY outlet for you. There are healthy ways to let off steam. You choose this like a heroin addict chooses the drug. You CHOOSE to cut and that is so sad and wrong. You CHOOSE self destruction. Will you make those kinds of choices for the ret of your life? Most likely..unless you stop this now.
