I Love My Job Because I Love What I Do

Three days and I have to decide whether to continue or move on. What happened to time? How does 30+ years go by so quickly? How do I tell this team that means so much to me? But do I want to risk slowly losing the edge?

I need to stay focused and wait until it’s time to decide. Have to find a way to sleep.

I agree with GJOFJ3. Having a purpose and being productive in life is hugely important. Retirement seems a bit like stagnation.

Maybe stay, if you are still able. You still have passion about it and that means a lot.
Best wishes. :-)

@Magenta I agree on passion and I must stay active and busy. But, is it time to be productive in a different capacity? Can I find something That I love to do? Am I still needed or do my athletes need the next generation of leadership ? They would say no and don’t want that, but often I don’t give what they want when I know their need is different and involves change. My needs are not what matters.

Sorry for all the question marks. I’m just processing this way before the day starts.

@trackman11 That's ok, big decisions sometimes take deep thought. You will probably make a good one in the end.
