I Love My Job Because I Love What I Do

Three days and I have to decide whether to continue or move on. What happened to time? How does 30+ years go by so quickly? How do I tell this team that means so much to me? But do I want to risk slowly losing the edge?

I need to stay focused and wait until it’s time to decide. Have to find a way to sleep.

Do you have a retirement plan in place? What if you miss being this busy again?

@Vivaci I do. Financially secure and I will miss being crazy busy, as well as so many other things, but my athletes are the same age year after year and they deserve my best. I have to decide if it’s time. The idea of retiring is sad to me.

I know you'll shine your way home....just keep in touch with everyone on FB or Gmail. And make sure you hang out with your regular gang at least once a month....call them home for BBQ or something.
