I love cooking on Sundays

A delicious homemade chicken pot pie....

Diced up veggies, fresh of course, except frozen peas and corn 😉 oh, and a glass of cabernet [image deleted]
I partially boiled the carrots and potatos, then everything into the pot, with almost a stick of butter and olive oil

Add in a whole rotisserie picked apart chicken, so delicious and an easy short cut

Simmer to thicken with corn starch that I added before and place a pie crust on top and bake .. and another glass of wine

And I forgot to take a picture before we dug in..lol, be careful not to burn your mouth, so yummy !!
