I See Shadow People

I often see black shadows..
But sometimes I saw white shadows ..
On the most of the time they disappeared..
I saw them at my house,streets,at my dreams sometimes..
Does any body have an explanation?!!

I'm not a medical professional, but see an ophthalmologist it could be something with your retina. Or it could be due to stress, sleep patterns, or something acting up in your temporal lobe.
Otherwise if you want to take a non scientific approach it could be ghosts! haha

Like a ghost? Or like a blurry sort of person shaped thing? Does it move around? Does it disappear if u turn to look right at it? Does it occur in the day or night more?
