I See Shadow People

I see them all the time but they never do anything. Now if i saw i regular ghost, i would be scared. I don't know the behavior of regular ghosts like i do for the shadows i often see! Anyway, smugding gets rid of them if they start appearing too often. Incense or sage does the trick.
